How does a tutor start a session from My Tutor Studio ?

Preparation: Log in to My Tutor Studio Teacher Dashboard:
    • Visit MyTutorStudio.com and then click Login: Using your teacher's login email and password, you can login to your teacher dashboard.

View Upcoming Lessons: Once you're logged in, your teacher dashboard will show all the upcoming lessons. 


Now, you can join the classroom using two options: 


Important Note: If you are few minutes late, option 2 is the viable option to join the classroom.

Option 1:

Step 1 : Click on the upcoming lesson student's name.
Step 2: View Online Lesson Space Pop-up Link: A pop-up box will appear which shows the online lesson space link. Click this link to enter into the classroom
Option 2 :


Step 1: Click "Calendar" to view all the sessions in the Calendar tab. Click on the student's profile for the upcoming session. 

Step 2: A pop-up box will appear. Click on "View" 

Step 3: View Online Lesson Space Pop-up Link: Another pop-up box will appear which shows the online lesson space link. Click this link to enter into the classroom

This is how tutor can launch online lesson space inside the teacher dashboard.

Option 2 works best when tutors are few minutes late.

Once you join the lesson space, Check Camera & Microphone

  • Turn on Camera and Microphone. Then, click "Join" to enter the classroom.
